ApnTech is a company that has not given the service purchased. I am a small business owner looking for ways to make sure my business is noticed on the Internet. The Apntech representative called me to give the benefits of using ApnTech as my marketing solution. This was a very costly mistake. Horrible company run away !!!!they lie cheate and steal from people!!!!
Nothing but a scam and useless business. We took the chance and got nothing but a headache. Told 3-4 weeks for voice recognition and here we are 4 months later and nothing but the run around. Told one thing by one employee just to call back and told something else by another. They have no problem lying and trying to get you to agree with them. I am extremely unhappy with the non service that i received. I called apntech to complain that i have not received any business calls from their service and i wanted my money back and they claimed they would not refund me my money. I paid on 4/20 ****** and received nothing from my payment as of today. I spoke with a rude associated who argued with me and said they dont do refunds. Big promises, little action. Called to cancel the service just a few hours after payment was taken and they were unwilling to process it. I was going to re-join in a couple of months and recommend you to other businesses in the local Chamber, but if you can't even process a simple refund without getting dodgy, I'll put out the word never to do business with the company!
This company is a scam! They did absolutely nothing but lie and be rude. They literally did nothing but took 200$ a month and did nothing. Please be very weary using this service. It's a waste of money and they will treat you like garbage when you call to cancel. Unbelievable. This company should be shut down for fraud. I hope someone sues then silly.
Extremely unhappy paid customer,My service has not ever worked as promised from the start, and trying to log a support ticket to speak to someone has after 4 tickets and almost a month of waiting for someone to call resulted in extreme dissatisfaction
Everything sounded great when I signed up a couple years ago. I had forgotten about it till i really looked at my credit card statement and remembered the company. Called in to cancel my subscription and was told the manager just happened to be walking by and authorized a lower rate.
