I initially paid 600 for this service they told me it was a one time thing. Then they call back and tell me my buisiness has no internet presence so I need to pay another **** to get my business on all the top search engine. Now on top of that I am being charged an additional 200 monthly bill that I have been trying to cancel with them for months now and when I finally did get someone on the phone they told me someone else was going to call me back because I had to cancel with a supervisor. This is a b.s scam.

I paid for a service with this company to help my company with text messaging customers and offering easy access to reviews for my company. After paying all the fees for this, they never sent up the service. I have called and left messages for weeks with a zero response.

I have tried to call them for weeks. I was billed and no services provided. This is an ongoing issue with APN and the phone number listed is an answering service. This company is a scam and if not they would have responded to the many emails requesting a call back and to stop changing my account as I don't approve.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Very aggressive sales tactic, even after i told the agent that i am not interested at this time due to so many bad reviews online and because of the way the addressed them. He proceed to tell me that most of these customers are liars and i should not believed them, And told me he has over 200 leads and hang-up the phone one me.

This company will not do what they say they will. I paid for their voice recognition service and they scheduled a set-up call. I was prepared at the appointed time and they never called. I contacted their "customer service" department - during business hours - and got their answering service. I never got a call back but, eventually, received an email asking to reschedule for today. Please note, previous reviews only mention customer service in sales. After you spend the money and try to contact them, he will always be reaching an answering service. They will let you know that it may take up to 72 hours for someone to contact you. So far they never got back to me. Also, do not take it vantage of the BirdEye review service. 350 more dollars every month to try to get ****** reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!! I am not sure how the ratings are accurate, as my experience with this company has been the worst of any experience to date with any business. First, I was sold the "voice search" package, $398, told that once everything was complete, a representative would call and confirm with me this worked. Horrible, disrespectful, pushy scammers.The called trying to **** this scam. It seemed legit at the time, so we asked them to call ** Thursday so we could discuss with our business partners. They refused to get off the phone, offered discounts, etc...We said it doesn't matter we will not purchase today. Call us on Thursday.
