This company illegally called and texted my cell phone. I have reached out to them to settle this matter, and even though they have read my emails multiple times, I have not heard back. Please educate yourself and if they call you and you're on the Do Not Call registry, they are violating the law.

Bait & Swich. Stay clear. Caught them in a lie during conversation. Payed $300 for voices searches and during interview call, they wanted $1700.00 more.

. I would highly recommend not using this company. Please think 10x before you spend your hard earned money with this company. The call starts with someone saying (Hey this is Scott from the Voice Search Registration Department for Amazon Alexa, Siri for iPhone, Google Home, Etc. .....Then when you pay your money the phone switch’s to a different company APN..... They are not who they say they are....SCAMMERS

I should’ve not paid my money this Service. Customer service and sales team are very pushy when you don’t decide to not to move forward with the extras and they can come off as being rude. Try to get a refund and was completely denied. My Company name doesn’t show up like the initial conversation when getting you sign up. I would highly recommend not using this company. Please think 10x before you spend your hard earned money with this company.

I did not receive what was sold to me and they only made excuses and tried to sell me more services when I called them out on the services provided, my voice search for my company came up the first week then now it doesn’t show, they claimed it was not related then commenced to try sell me more things to fix it. Total racket and in my case a scam.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. First of all I decided I didn't want this service, but I kept getting emails and phone calls from this company. I feel that I was badgered into getting this service and nothing came from all the money $298.00 and the $397.00 I spent for the services associated with APN. Unable to get a refund as promised by Ryan, Irma, or Tarik. Bonny is not a very nice person and told me that I was confused because the $199.00 per month on top of what was already paid are not the services associate... read more

Don’t do business with APN. The first contact you have with them they’ll give you a great pitch. They will guarantee within three weeks to a month that when you voice search Siri or Alexa you will be first to come up. If they cannot accomplish that they would return your money in full. The cost was a one time fee of $500. I called back later and they said they were repopulate get it three weeks. Call three days straight and you keep getting an answering service and they go forward this information to APN for support ticket. ... read more
