We're very pleased with Apollo. Michael was easy to work with and kept us informed of time lines. David Lee and his crew at Flores Flooring were likewise easy and did a wonderful job. Both Michael and David worked together to figure out some challenges once the carpet had been removed. We impressed with the process and really happy with the outcome!
To start Steve my salesman was knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had been to several stores and selection, and assistance at Apollo was beyond compare. Estimate was was done quickly, and professionally. Terry and Jason my installers were true craftsman, they did a beautiful job, were clean and courteous. Start to finish I was impressed.
Beyond impressed! After a month long delay with a big box store to install carpet in time for Thanksgiving (lots of family coming home), my brother suggested we seek out a local company. He suggested Apollo. My husband and I walked into the store, not expecting much. Mary greeted us at the door and went right into solution mode! I want to commend Michael Maurer who was a huge help to both me and a friend who is trying to help me get the carpet and other flooring I need. Jaime had gone to 2 other stores that did not help us at all. At the 3rd store, Apollo, he first talked to a salesman named Stuart who was extremely rude, nasty, and unhelpful. Dealing with Apollo was a joy. Our salesman Stuart was great and very personable. All time tables were met and the installers did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up. We had vinyl flooring put in. The nice thing was Stuart gave us 'large' samples to bring home not the little teeny ones. I would highly recommend Apollo.
Steven Kaplan in sales was excellent. Gave us knowledgeable info and guided all aspects of the installation. Andy and Dave installed our luxury vinyl. They were professional, prompt and detailed , a great job. Patricio and son installed our carpet. Quality workmanship, on time, pleasant and courteous. Would recommend, a great experience.
Great selection with top quality products along with service..I replaced the living room, kitchen, dining room and hallway, I wanted a flooring that would last. Apollo provide the largest selection of top quality luxury vinyl plank. Stuart easy to work with for a quick and correct measurement, ordering and delivery.. The Installers did a wonderful job. They were on time, clean and neat.
