I had a great experience with Apollo. They tried on several different masks to see which one fit my needs. She was very thorough and helpful helping me ensure I wasn’t a mouth breathing heathen. lol. Great experience.
I would give Bridgette, RRT, a million stars if I could. She was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and kind. She answered all of my endless questions, and somehow made me “excited” to get/have to use a CPAP! I originally picked to use this DME company solely based off its location; however, now I’d also choose it for its top-notch customer service.
Total customer satisfaction across the board: from first conversation with Apollo through absurd Medicare-mandated testing in my doc's office to Scott's delivery of the oxygen products and his careful instruction in their use. This is a first rate company!! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & extremely helpful!! They have a great system to follow-up with their customers and keep their CPAP supplies refilled in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!
