The representative was very patient, kind, professional, and great personality.
All transactions were very smooth
The rental process was wonderful and Angel did an excellent job. As for the unit we rented, could not get the door to fully close. Contacted Marissa, who by the way should find a new line of work as customer service does not seem to be her forte. As for the "technical service" aspect, considering the door would not shut and there were other empty units available, asked her to just assign us a different unit.
