I talked with and or encountered 3 Ladies and all were very pleasant and patient to work with. The sign up process is a bit long but they stuck with me and helped along every step of the way. The facility is very clean and pleasing to the eye with nice fencing and paved lots. So far I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and it's associates.
Staff are so amiable and make acquisition of a unit as simple as can be in this digital age. Yet, they utilize the very latest in technology to keep our unit private, safe, and accessible with user friendly apps. The price is right and they even troubleshoot problems -such as losing the device-with efficiency. Apple is the best storage deal in town!
I like how secure the storage facility is. Especially having access with an app! It's very convenient and easy to use! The staff are so helpful and friendly as well. If you can't get a hold of anyone right away, they will call you back shortly!! I give Apple Storage 5 stars!!
Clean storage units, fenced, use app for keyless entry from your phone, plenty of room to navigate through, cameras, and on-site office operating normal business hours. It would be nice to have afterhours customer service. You can get a unit all online without having to deal with anyone. We chose AppleStorage for their "2months free" deal they offer. Only had the unit for less than a week, but haven't had any issues so far.
The lady that I talk with is ALWAYS friendly and willing to help me in any situation!! She understands how important my husbands camper is to me! I believe her name is leona? She is so wonderful!!!
