My family and I were very skeptical and cautious when finding a home for our mother who has been fighting Alzheimer's for numerous years. We had trusted caregivers and were able to keep her at home for a long time. My siblings and I are just thrilled with our decision to move mom into Applewood Our House Arvada. Hello, everyone. When I first visited this place.I thought it was amazing. Better than a nursing home.It makes the residents feel like they are at home in a big house. The staff is very friendly and caring for the residents, they keep the. Place very clean and go on. Great excursionthat gets the residents out of the house. I like that. They served delicious meals. The staff at Applewood Our House Arvada is amazing. They made my dad last couple of years so much better. He was really happy living there. The caregivers are so attentive and kind. He smiled a lot and seemed to be happy. After moving in he talked to me more than he did my entire life before moving in. I can not thank all the staff (especially a few, you know who you are) for all the kindness you showed my father, It made a world of difference to us needing to have him go into an assisted living. Applewood Our House has been a blessing. For anyone having to leave what they have known as home for so many years is hard. The staff have done an amazing job for my grandma. The care, love, comfort & welcoming they have showed her is amazing.

I have helped many families with Dementia find the right home for their loved ones. Applewood Our House has taken care of every family that moved in one of their homes. They are kind and caring and really take care of their residents. They meet them where they are in their journey.
