I just moved only to discover I was missing 3 screws that held up my Sony tv. Now what do I do?? I went online and found that Encompass handles parts for Sony, so I called them. To my great relief, they had 2 of the screws. Then they volunteer to search out a supplier for the 3rd screw. Within a day, they had found it/order it and arranged to ship it to me along with the other 2. Horrible company to deal with. I ordered a part that came broken to my door this morning. It cam broken. I called the company and the first lady hung up on me. I was not rude or anything. So I called two minutes later and talked to a Doug. I asked him for the Manager Wich he transferred me to. But the manger didn't answer my call. I would not deal with these guys ever again. The service from Sasha Vallejo was excellent. She helped guide me to the part I needed. Very Knowledgeable. But getting to Encompass from LG was a huge pain. Never spoke to a human at LG. Had to call back 2 times to keep the call from being dropped. Same on LG. I've bought LG products for years the products are good, but this support is poor.

I talked with Rose, a customer service representative, about my LG Washing Machine part, the Detergent Box Assembly. She was very clear with what she said. She sent me a correct picture of the part. We talked clearly about the problem. Every thing she said about part shipping, cost, options I had to fix it were all correct. I received it one day early. New part was perfect. I’ll use it today. I have no problems using it. I would score Rose and LG with high marks.

I received support, in ordering parts for my Samsung Electric Dryer, from Dodi Gardner, of Encompass, and the entire phone call was very effective. Dodi was helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant, and I was able to order the parts necessary to get my dryer repaired (by my son-in-law). Please thank Dodi for me, and I will be sure to use your service again in the future !!
