Casey was great. He promptly responded and gave me information to troubleshoot the problem with my dryer. When I called back he arrived within 30 minutes and immediately diagnosed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and got it it fixed right away while answering all my questions. The cost of the repair was reasonable. Overall an excellent experience. I will definitely use Appliance Repair Now again and refer them to anyone needing a repair.

Very knowledgeable on all appliances! Refrigerator, oven and washer and dryer. Gave helpful advice on items he wasn’t even here to fix! Pleasant friendly from start to finish! Cholly was also helpful friendly and had excellent follow-up! Would recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair. Thank you!
