Becky was great to work with and made the process smooth from start to finish! All of the staff at Appliance Solutions in Ham Lake were very friendly and helpful. I bought a new dent and scratch refrigerator there. It's great! I also bought a refurbished Samsung washer and dryer. While I was there shopping I was bouncing back and forth asking question after question. (My first big appliance purchase for our first home). Tim (owner) was a pleasure to work with in the journey of finding my mom a new washer and dryer unit. The pricing was adorable and fair. (Ray) technician who performed the installation next day may I add was amazing as well and delivered a quick installation with ease. All I can say is they’re the best! Tori helped me with a speed queen stackable washer/dryer combo for my office and it was installed & delivered in under 24 hours. Same experience with a new stove & microwave. The guys who did the installation were professional and did great work. Here’s the craziest part, I never stepped foot into the store.
