Great service! My technician, was a great guy huge mustache! He explained the problem we were having without talking down to me and made sure I understood the issue my equipment was having before making the repair and surprising me with the bill he also called our offices a few days later to make sure everything was still working well and we were happy. We will be a customer for a long time!
My office has worked with AMS for years and they are amazing! HVAC, plumbing, electrical. They are professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them and the quality of the work they do. Every single person that has been to our office from AMS has just been wonderful.

Recieved nothing but subpar service and excuses for mistakes they made during an installation of a 1/4 million dollar temperature and humidity control system for our manufacturing facility. No one at this "business" was willing to take responsibility for the many issues we've had since it's installation. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Nah, could be better if they communicate a bit better. Seems to be a confidence issue where they cant speak up for themselves. . Doubt anyone can help with that but do better in speaking up than having others do it for you? Yikes
