I’m livid. I splurged to buy something from AL Peoria for myself on Black Friday and am horribly disappointed. Nothing is what it seems on the website. The one shoulder shirt I ordered is a COMPLETELY different top. Not to mention the colors. The other shirt I ordered with the button front is the correct style but again completely different color. I live out of state and they were recommended to me from a friend. I ordered a pretty large order online. Shipped SAME DAY!! And arrived states away within a couple of days omg!! I ordered a size up in things so I could have some cute maternity bump friendly clothes. Even got hand written note from staff. Will definitely order again!
I ordered a pair of earrings that were damaged during the shipping process. I wrote an email not expecting much and Carlie was so apologetic (not that it was her or anyone's fault) and kind. I thought her customer service and promptness deserved a 5 star review!! She had a new pair shipped to me within the hour. I was shocked. I really appreciate it!!!! Things happen during shipping and she did not have to do replace the earrings. Or even replace them as fast as she did. I'm sure they are slammed for the holidays!
Gave up on shopping at AL Peoria. Was a loyal customer from 2009 - 2021 ish. Their customer service is terrible when you order online, and orders were 50/50 shipped according to their shipping policy. The quality of the clothes themselves aren't that great either unless you're buying the more expensive pieces and at that point, I would just go to a store where you can try them on and see the true fabric/color/style vs the edited photos that are done online. Our daughter wanted to shop boutiques, so here we are. Did some damage to the CC but she walked away happy. Nice place.
