I’m livid. I splurged to buy something from AL Peoria for myself on Black Friday and am horribly disappointed. Nothing is what it seems on the website. The one shoulder shirt I ordered is a COMPLETELY different top. Not to mention the colors. The other shirt I ordered with the button front is the correct style but again completely different color. I live out of state and they were recommended to me from a friend. I ordered a pretty large order online. Shipped SAME DAY!! And arrived states away within a couple of days omg!! I ordered a size up in things so I could have some cute maternity bump friendly clothes. Even got hand written note from staff. Will definitely order again!
I ordered a pair of earrings that were damaged during the shipping process. I wrote an email not expecting much and Carlie was so apologetic (not that it was her or anyone's fault) and kind. I thought her customer service and promptness deserved a 5 star review!! She had a new pair shipped to me within the hour. I was shocked. I really appreciate it!!!! Things happen during shipping and she did not have to do replace the earrings. Or even replace them as fast as she did. I'm sure they are slammed for the holidays!
Our daughter wanted to shop boutiques, so here we are. Did some damage to the CC but she walked away happy. Nice place.
Here I am after dealing with years of bad customer service from this boutique but continuing to shop with them because I love their clothes. Not at all surprised that they have 3 stars and similar situations below. This was the last straw for me. I ordered two items over Labor Day weekend on sale. Two days ago I get an email that one item shipped and one item was refunded. Absolutely no explanation, apology, or anything.
