They are terrible, there were two women in the salon, idk names but they were terrible. One who did my eyebrows, she was just like i do not want to do anything. Girl! If you don’t want to do anything just say i cannot rather than wasting someone’s time and money. Literally i need to get them done again from somewhere else. Even more no basic sense of how to attend customers. You entered in a salon you will regret after seeing there faces full of attitude for nothing.

I wish I have option with minus rating. Never ever book makeup appointment with nayna.I booked my & my mom’s appointment with nayna(owner) for makeup and hairstyle for my baby shower event. I also confirmed twice before my event with her. On my event day early morning she cancelled my appointment without any further notice due to weather condition but weather was not bad at all at that time.she was very rude and unprofessional.

I have been loving my eyelash extensions. I wanted somewhat natural looking eyelashes, and I think she does a great job. They stay 3-4 weeks with no issues and I she is always quick with filling.

The owner was extremely rude. Eyebrow threading hella painful. She left all my brow hair on my face and didn’t even ask me if i was Satisfied with the brows, just walked away, never coming back again. She couldn’t even smile or respond when i said “thank you after her terrible service.

I just came the saloon was open i just entered and a lady at the counter said we are closed.I requested her i Need just eyebrows she was too rude she didnt listen to me and was behaving so Bad and rude .i went far away from howard county and this is their service they provide. If they are closed they should lock The door and atleast behave themselves nicely.
