Joe showed up within the first hour of a four hour time window. He is a very congenial person who was very pleasant to interact with and answered all my questions. He fairly quickly determined that the probable cause of my problem with the system not softening the well water was a change in the hardness of the aquifer water due to the recent drought in our area.
