Jordon was extremely professional and helpful. Was doubtful that I would be optimistic due to the past 6 weeks of unsatisfactory results from the previous technician. He was very tolerant of all of my pets that had to check him. One cat perched on the counter just above him watching his every move. Definitely a breathe of fresh air and not bad to look at either😊
Marshall and his crew member provided exceptional service during the installation of our Kinetico water system. From the moment they arrived, their technical knowledge and professional demeanor were apparent. They took the time to walk us through the process and went above and beyond to ensure the entire configuration was installed with precision. I am in love with my soft water/Kinetico water softener from Aqua Pure!!! Rob the salesman was both professional & knowledgeable about water purification!!! Tech Justin & helper were professional & pleasant even at 8 pm service call!! I loved it when Justin said “ENJOY”!!! I will tell all of my friends about Aqua Pure!!!
