Had an absolutely awesome experience with this process. Snooped around the last couple of days/week, and got a message and information from Josh, but by no means was he pushy in his approach. I was in the 1-3 month buying stage and Josh put zero pressure whatsoever, only answered my questions promptly and with respect. Caity was very knowledgeable about the carts they manufacture. Best pricing in town with the best service. What I love most is that they are American made units, and I will always have parts and service available to me and my brand new FF4!
