We enjoyed our experience purchasing from Brent! He is so thorough and provides all necessary information upfront. I never worried or felt uninformed in this process. We LOVE our tub! The Catalina has so many relaxing and enjoyable features. The durable lid is such a value added bonus. We did our whole transaction over the phone from start to delivery and everything worked perfectly! Would definitely recommend Brent at Aqua Living to anyone in search of a spa tub!
Brent took care of use and gave us all the information we asked for and more. We went looking for a chlorine alternative and mentioned salt systems. He broke down the flaws and how they affect the tubs systems. He showed us a natural alternative and it works great. We love our hot tub and saved a considerable amount vs the big named stores. Still figuring the ins and outs of all the components. I must say that we are having difficulties getting the app to work and have tried it with several different devices.
Brent went above and beyond! No pressure consulting, very knowledgeable, and willing to work within someone parameters. I would highly recommend this location and ask for Brent!
