We purchased an Awesome Hot Tub from the belgrade office and we absolutely had the best experience there it was easy, fast and Reliable! Brent Was so wonderful and very helpful from the beginning to the end!!! Brent made us feel like family down there and still calls me to make sure everything is going good with our Tub!! The Catalina has so many relaxing and enjoyable features. The durable lid is such a value added bonus. Brent took care of use and gave us all the information we asked for and more. We went looking for a chlorine alternative and mentioned salt systems. He broke down the flaws and how they affect the tubs systems. He showed us a natural alternative and it works great. We love our hot tub and saved a considerable amount vs the big named stores. Still figuring the ins and outs of all the components. I must say that we are having difficulties getting the app to work and have tried it with several different devices.
