Working with Ed and the crew @ Aqua Living Factory Outlets was fabulous. Communication is the key to success and Ed knocked it out of the park. Very beautiful tub very easy set up got home with it on my trailer. We got it in our house and in four hours. I filled it with water wired it up myself and started running it. It was warm enough because I put warm water in it 101° so I could use it right awayworks perfect.
We were beyond pleased with the purchase of our hot tub from Ed at Aqua Living. He gave us straight forward information and he didn't try to get us to purchase something we didn't want. He was friendly and helpful during and after the sale. He replies promptly to texts and emails and is always available to answer our questions. Ed was very professional and personable. he made sure we got the right hot tub per our specifications. he also took care of changes that were made after the sale and always followed up to provide updates. I would highly recommend Ed.
We worked with Ed and from the moment we walked in the door he was kind and extremely honest.
