If you are looking for a hot tub Ed is the man to go see! He was very friendly and extremely professional. He listened to what we had to say and then gave us options of what he could do for us. He answered all of our questions and was very honest. He didnt try to pressure us into buying something more than what we needed. Working with Ed and the crew @ Aqua Living Factory Outlets was fabulous. Communication is the key to success and Ed knocked it out of the park. We were looking for something that can handle the Wisconwintwrs and they gave us exactly what we were looking for. The cool thing is they kept in touch throughout the entire process. Ed was Fantastic in helping my husband and I with abundance of questions! He was knowledgeable, patient, gave us time to review the nice screen in show room to access all the hot tubs in company. He was on top of emailing us all information we needed and even after helpful with all our concerns and questions. We recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlets and Dealing with Ed.
Very beautiful tub very easy set up got home with it on my trailer. We got it in our house and in four hours. I filled it with water wired it up myself and started running it. It was warm enough because I put warm water in it 101° so I could use it right awayworks perfect.
I have had such a great experience with Ed and this store. They have a wide variety of options and Ed had a lot of knowledge on which tubs would suit our needs best. Super friendly service that felt honest and not at all pushy. Delivery went great and I have no complaints at all. Will highly recommend this store to my friends and family.
