Ed was very professional and personable. he made sure we got the right hot tub per our specifications. he also took care of changes that were made after the sale and always followed up to provide updates. I would highly recommend Ed.
We had been looking around for the right hot tub and we found it here. Ed was great! He didn’t try to push anything and seemed genuine with the information. We were okay with paying the delivery fee for Nate and his team to set up. When they arrived, they were professional. They made sure it was in the right location and picked up after themselves.
It was a pleasure working with Ed, in purchasing a golf cart. He was very nice, and informative thru out the whole process. Would highly recommend either a golf cart or hot tub purchase from him.
Ed will say anything he needs to say to gain a sale. Don’t trust him. $600 delivery/installation fee. They wouldn’t install the cover lifter, heck they didn’t even want to unwrap and take the garbage from the cover. Wrong parts in the box with cover concierge. Please, don not give this guy any business. Dishonest people don’t deserve to take out hard earned money.
