Working with Ed and the crew @ Aqua Living Factory Outlets was fabulous. Communication is the key to success and Ed knocked it out of the park. We were looking for something that can handle the Wisconwintwrs and they gave us exactly what we were looking for. The cool thing is they kept in touch throughout the entire process. Ed was Fantastic in helping my husband and I with abundance of questions! He was knowledgeable, patient, gave us time to review the nice screen in show room to access all the hot tubs in company. He was on top of emailing us all information we needed and even after helpful with all our concerns and questions. We recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlets and Dealing with Ed.

Very beautiful tub very easy set up got home with it on my trailer. We got it in our house and in four hours. I filled it with water wired it up myself and started running it. It was warm enough because I put warm water in it 101° so I could use it right awayworks perfect.
