Ty at Aqua Living was amazing to work with. He was the first company to reply to me immediately and took the time to make sure every base was covered. He never tried to push me in a direction I didn’t want, and got me options within my budget and timeline that made sense. There was no question he wouldn’t answer and he was up front and honest from the start. You can tell he takes pride in providing top notch service. I’m extremely happy with his help and guidance.
Ty is by far the most friendly sales person I have ever dealt with. He was incredibly kind as I threw question after question at him. I am so excited to get my new hot tub, and would highly recommend going with Ty for anyone looking to purchase a new hot tub!
I know I can be a little picky with products like this, but when you’re spending $7,000-$10,000.. you just want to make sure it’s worth it. And it DEFINITELY was! I love my hot tub and so have my friends and family who have come over to try it out! Thank you Ty and Aqua Living!
Ty was amazing to work with. He met us at the store on a holiday weekend and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision. It was great working with Ty! Had a wonderful experience purchasing our first hot tub. No pressure and was able to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend if ever interested in buying a hot tub or even electric golf carts!
