Ty was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to get us set up late on a Sunday night before their sale ended. We have looked at several hot tub retailers and Aqua living seems to have the best "bang for the buck". Quality seems great and the prices are the best we have seen. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. I was not rushed or hurried into making a decision. I was not upsaled or pushed into something I didn't want. Very helpful in comparing models and options. Great prices and discounts. Good inventory on hand to show the different makes, models, and options. Would definitely recommend.
Ty was great in helping us find the spa that fit our preferences. After looking for nearly a year, we found a spa at an exceptional price!! Great customer service and knowledge of the differences between the spas.
