My wife and I purchased a hot tub from Aqua Living.. Alex was our rep and he was Top Tier!! Very knowledgeable about every hot tub.. I asked many questions and he took his time to answer all my questions! Very attentive and patient.. he also checked in on us after our purchase to make sure we were happy with everything!! Alex was excellent. We had some issues with our first tub from the manufacturer, no fault on Aqua Living’s part. Alex always replied to our messages quickly and resolved our issues as fast as could be expected. 5 Star Customer Service!!
