My wife and I have never owned a hot tub and were totally clueless as to what to look for. Alex was the person to help is from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and explains things very well to make it easy and straight forward to follow. I would highly recommend Aqua Living for anyone in the market to get a hot tub. Excellent business. Also if you walk i to the store and Alex is there you will be very satisfied, trust me.
Alex worked hard to ensure we got the Jacuzzi we wanted in the time we discussed choosing a price we could afford. Having the tub is very relaxing as soothing to end an exhausting day Our family loves it too. Thanks for making a dream come true.
Aqua Living was our first stop in our search for a hot tub. Our intentions were to hit 3 more retailers that day. However we were very impressed with Alex and his attention to detail concerning the hot tubs. We made a connection and decided to look no further. We purchased our hot tub that day! This post is so overdue but ALEX at Aqua Living is (no exaggeration) the BEST person I have ever worked with in a sales capacity. Alex made my hot tub buying experience wonderful. He is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. There was no pressure to buy, and he was great in following up and making sure all my needs were met.
