We were having issues with our hot tub and we reached out to the manufacturer directly and were disappointed we could not get the service or support we needed. We noticed this factory outlet location was located near our property so we reached out. Jacob truly went above and beyond to remedy our situation and we are so grateful for his kindness and assistance. Lesson learned, we will be purchasing all future hot tubs directly through Jacob! Highly recommend.
I shopped around for a hot tub for months and ended up walking into Aqua Living Factory Outlets in Daphne to see what they had in stock. I worked with Jacob Graves who was fantastic! He showed me all the spas and was very professional. He helped me find the spa I was wanting plus everything to get me started. If I ever need to upgrade I will be going back. The hot tubs at Aqua Living are very affordable and they have great financing options. It was a great experience from beginning to end! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We ordered a golf cart through Jacob. He was so amazing to work with. From beginning to end it was stress free! He also made the effort to accommodate us above and beyond what was necessary! So excited to give this to our girl!
