I had a friend recommend Aqua Living in Nitro. Had been looking for months for a 3 to 4 person hot tub. I was greeted by Mike Albert and walked me thru what was available for purchase. I found a perfect 3 person hot tub in the right color. They have a delivery option and I had an old hot tub that needed removed and they have an option for removal of old hot tubs. So ordered a dr wellness g7 in September, just delivered the other day. Super smooth buying process, when it was delivered it had two cracked corner pieces, emailed the company and they already sent some replacements. The lights and speakers were not working just turned out to be the connectors in the power box ( there are alot of wires in that thing) were loose.
From getting my questions answered, to purchasing & then delivery. Everything was 10/10. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Knowledgeable staff, lowest prices around and quality products made this experience so easy. I don’t care who you are. When making a purchase as large as a spa, you want to feel comfortable and content that you are making the right decision. We like how they emailed us every step of the build process from start to finish. Worksman ship is quality work. Our salesman Mike from the Nitro, West Virginia store was very helpful and knowledgeable and we’ll highly recommend to friends and family. Been in the hot tub every night since we got and we love it! We absolutely love our new hot tub. We ordered the G2 Dr. Wellness spa in storm cloud/coastal gray. From the time it went into production until it was shipped we received updates. Michael was awesome and answered all of our questions as well as Todd, who delivered our spa. Everything was so convenient, it makes me wonder why I didn't do this sooner!
