Went in a few weeks ago looking to learn more about hot tubs and was helped by a very nice man, I believe his name was Mike! He answered all of our questions and was super helpful! It was very refreshing to feel like someone was happy to answer our questions without pushing us to just buy something. We truly felt like he was there to help us find a product we would be happy with long term! Super excited to buy our first hot tub here soon!!
Mike was excellent to help in store. He gave us information, answered questions, and stayed in contact. Delivery was also great! Fast process, amazed by how they can deliver and move a hot tub. Super nice and helpful people all around. They definitely wanted to make sure to do a good job and help the customer.
We really like the Nitro Wv store. We worked with Michael A. Who was so helpful and no pressure sales. The selection is great. Michael is very knowledgeable in all the products the store carries. Again. No pressure sales. No hassle to sell more than we need or wanted yet he was informative and suggested some great ideas that we could see value in purchasing. Pricing was very reasonable too. Great service and warranty.
My wife and I moved here 6 months ago, we found ourselves in the market for a hot tub and decided to check out Aqua living. We showed up and met with a sales rep who was an older gentleman with glasses (never gave us his name but I think it was Michael) and explained what we were looking for.
