We had been at the “Hot tub Expo” at the fairgrounds because it said 30-60% off and was disappointed in what they had to offer within our budget, which was basically nothing!! We circled back to Aqua living (we visited them about a year ago), to find they had moved so we proceeded to the new location. New Showroom. Old bias. My husband and I came from Steinhatchee to buy a swim spa (90 mins drive ) and waited to purchase until we could ask a couple questions about installation. However, we'll take our money somewhere else. We showed up on a Saturday morning to find their showroom moved. Ok. We already drove 75 mins, let's drive another 15. Aqua Living carries a great line of spas (and also golf carts, interestingly enough). And while their facility is fairly humble their service is great and Nikki is a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional, but also personable. And our spa is wonderful!
