From the beginning to the end Nikki was very helpful and very informative about what we were looking for. Even provided a professional electrician in our area. Super satisfied with the entire process and service. Would highly recommend Nikki for your purchase.
Although Nikki was excellent and provided great support with the ordering and delivery of our hot tub, immediately after year 1 has been a disaster. We apparently got a LEMON. Barely over a year old and it’s broken 3 times!!!! So frustrating!!
Nikki Barnes was the absolute best to work with in purchasing our hot tub. She made us feel welcome without being pushy. Nikki was very knowledgeable and happy to discuss the different models and options. She didn't mind listening to my husband and I bounce ideas and concerns while trying to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Very happy with the SB-31 spa. Don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner! Nikki was great to work with. The tub was made to order fresh, so it took a while to get it but so far we love it!
We purchased a Catalina Nantucket spa from Nikki in Tallahassee, Florida in March of 2023. Our experience from the purchase, construction, and delivery/set up was fantastic! Nikki did an incredible job as well as the delivery company. So far the spa has performed perfectly and we are thrilled with our purchase. Our thanks to Nikki and Aqua Living for a great job!!
