Nikki Barnes was the absolute best to work with in purchasing our hot tub. She made us feel welcome without being pushy. Nikki was very knowledgeable and happy to discuss the different models and options. She didn't mind listening to my husband and I bounce ideas and concerns while trying to make sure we got exactly what we needed. We had been at the “Hot tub Expo” at the fairgrounds because it said 30-60% off and was disappointed in what they had to offer within our budget, which was basically nothing!! We circled back to Aqua living (we visited them about a year ago), to find they had moved so we proceeded to the new location. Nikki was awesome 👍... after researching vendors and spas husband and I decided to purchase from Aqua Living in Tallahassee...After spending 14 grand and purchased in Dec 2024 we have had nothing but problems and poor customer service...we requested our money back or spa to be switched out to only be denied...techs have continuously been called out with long service times in between to problem still not resolved... have not enjoyed the hot tub with all the Accessories working at one time...it is now June 2025 and still prob... read more
