After comparing pools and Swimspas, we chose the 7x14 freestyle, and it’s been a fantastic decision. It’s low maintenance and more affordable than a traditional pool. We love the ability to adjust the temperature to our liking. Our salesperson, David, was always available to answer our questions. Overall, our experience has been excellent.
David was great to work with and made it easy to select the right spa to fit our needs without any hassle. It made the perfect addition to our newly renovated back patio and we’re loving it! The factory was very diligent with updates on production timeline and delivery notice. They even held it for an additional 2 weeks until we were ready for delivery. David at the Aqua Living Outlet Orlando was/is phenomenal beginning, during and even after the sale and delivery of our spa. We bought a Dr. Wellness G-14 and love it! He was very communicative during the ordering and delivery processes. And when we had a very minor issue months later he picked up the phone when I called, confirmed the details of my order and warranty and had a service case opened in MINUTES. He’s very knowledge, detail oriented, friendly and appreciative of the business. Go see him!
If you are looking to buy a Mac Daddy golf cart or even a SPA. This is the spot. You will never find a better sales staff. PERIOD. So good I almost wanted to buy 2 golf carts. I will be back again for a hot tub! Thank you for the great service
