Awful experience from day 1… I was sold a 14 foot Catalina swim spa about a year and a half ago. I’m a paralyzed, quadriplegic that lives in Cape Coral Florida. I reached out to the company to find out about options for a therapy tub/swim spa that I could make wheelchair accessible by putting it in ground. PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE PURCHASING FROM Aqua Living Factory Outlets I had a bad experience with the company. I bought a hot tub from this company for over $10,000 it was a Catalina Spa the manufacture is LPI,inc out of Tennessee. It started to malfunction the jets were not working just 2 months later. We have the Dr Wellness G-2000 spa since one year and it’s the worst spa we ever had and ever seen around the world. They do not offer service after 6 months and the inside material is rotting like it’s 20 years old. Bad quality and even worse the service and guarantee. It’s better to throw your money out of the window than buy a spa from this brand.
Just purchased a new spa! Good inventory of high and mid range tubs on the floor allowing is to browse and try out seats and depth. Great experience with short lead times.
Beware when you buy. Shipping and delivery are two different things. Shipping from Tennessee to the business location is free. I asked if shipping was free and was told it was. Delivery to your location is extra. Very deceptive here.
