Awful experience from day 1… I was sold a 14 foot Catalina swim spa about a year and a half ago. I’m a paralyzed, quadriplegic that lives in Cape Coral Florida. I reached out to the company to find out about options for a therapy tub/swim spa that I could make wheelchair accessible by putting it in ground. A salesman came to my house and told me what a wonderful idea and that he would hook me up. I was thrilled. Just purchased a new spa! Good inventory of high and mid range tubs on the floor allowing is to browse and try out seats and depth. Great experience with short lead times.
