Awful experience from day 1… I was sold a 14 foot Catalina swim spa about a year and a half ago. I’m a paralyzed, quadriplegic that lives in Cape Coral Florida. I reached out to the company to find out about options for a therapy tub/swim spa that I could make wheelchair accessible by putting it in ground. A salesman came to my house and told me what a wonderful idea and that he would hook me up. I was thrilled. Just purchased a new spa! Good inventory of high and mid range tubs on the floor allowing is to browse and try out seats and depth. Great experience with short lead times.
We have the Dr Wellness G-2000 spa since one year and it’s the worst spa we ever had and ever seen around the world. They do not offer service after 6 months and the inside material is rotting like it’s 20 years old. Bad quality and even worse the service and guarantee. It’s better to throw your money out of the window than buy a spa from this brand.
We bought a hut tub at this wonderful place, beautiful showroom amazing products. Thank you Jesus Pegudo for your support we are very grateful and happy with our purchase. I will recommend this place and my salesman to my friend and family.
