We had a wonderful experience with Nate at Aqua Living. The hot tub we purchased has been fantastic — excellent quality and runs beautifully. Nate at the local store was great to work with. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and always accurate with the information he provided. Every question was answered clearly, and he was quick to respond whenever we reached out. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend!
We’ve had our Catalina Hampton spa for a year now and we absolutely love it! Great value with tons of features and great hydrotherapy! Nate was fantastic during the sale, helping us find the best spa for our needs and not putting too much pressure or hype in his presentation. The delivery and setup went very smooth and the spa has had 0 problems since. I highly recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlet! Don’t get sucked into the hype from the guys down the road, go see Nate for the best hot tub experience in Asheville!
We bought a new 20 foot swim spa and 8 foot hot tub in August 2024. Nathan was wonderful to work with and recommended an awesome delivery driver who made things go smoothly. Nathan was very informative and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We have reached out a few times with questions since our purchase and we given the same time and consideration as when we first walked into the showroom. Nate from Aqua Living is awesome! I also purchased my hot tub from them, and it’s been working great. When my hot tub lid lifter broke, Nate immediately gave me a spare set so I could replace it right away. Excellent communication and genuinely helpful service. Highly recommend Aqua Living!
We stopped in at ALFO Arden on a lark, and met Nate Frasier. He spent an hour or more patiently showing us the product line, and answering many questions. He seems to know everything about these products from build/delivery to operation and maintenance. Later that day we ordered our first ever hot tub.
