Buying a hot tub from Aqua living was a great experience. Nate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Financing was easy and hot tub was delivered when promised. The jets in this thing are powerful!!
We first saw the Dr. Wellness Tranquility Spa at a Aqua Living Dealer in Tampa. Deciding that we wanted one for our 2nd home in North Carolina. So we contacted Nate at your dealership near Asheville. Nate was very helpful and the entire transaction was handled over the phone. Spa was delivered as scheduled. A minor glitch was handled expediently after I discovered the 3rd party electrician disconnected a jump wire by mistake. Nate sent me a video of the correct plug in location. Nathan was more than knowledgeable about all the tubs. Also very friendly and willing to work with you. The ordering process was simple and I was updated throughout until delivery day. A corner panel of the tub got cracked during delivery and Nathan went out of his way to make it right. Great product and Nathan was a pleasure to work with

Amazing store with hot tubs and customized golf carts! I needed help with replacing a hot tub pump, Nate rewired the pump for a plug and play application and also gave me a reducer coupler to convert the return intake from 2" to 1½". While talking with Nate, he mentioned that he also does house calls to help resolve or replace your hot tub needs. Great store with helpful people! Definitely will be back!
