Nathan was my salesperson and store manager. I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and a very easy going salesperson. No high pressure or sales tactics. Just an easy straightforward process and informative.He also is also very knowledgeable on the technical side so if you have any questions after the sale, he will answer his phone and can assist you. Nate at the Arden NC store has been terrific to work with. From the initial consultation all the way thru delivery and set up he was right there to answer the many questions we had as first time spa owners. Our Tub has been wonderful and we’ve had no problems aside from a broken jet, which Nate quickly diagnose and provided a solution for. Five stars all around
