We’ve had our Catalina Hampton spa for a year now and we absolutely love it! Great value with tons of features and great hydrotherapy! Nate was fantastic during the sale, helping us find the best spa for our needs and not putting too much pressure or hype in his presentation. The delivery and setup went very smooth and the spa has had 0 problems since. I highly recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlet! Don’t get sucked into the hype from the guys down the road, go see Nate for the best hot tub experience in Asheville!
We stopped in at ALFO Arden on a lark, and met Nate Frasier. He spent an hour or more patiently showing us the product line, and answering many questions. He seems to know everything about these products from build/delivery to operation and maintenance. Later that day we ordered our first ever hot tub. Nathan was our sales rep in buying a new spa. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared that he has extensive experience working on spas, which was very helpful in discussing features and options. Nathan’s approach was all education, no pressure. He assured me I could contact him any time after the sale for support. We’ve since had a minor warranty issue, and Nathan was 100% good to his word in providing support. We are very pleased with our spa, and our decision to work with Nate and Aqua Living. We recently purchased a Catalina spa from Nate at Aqua living factory outlet. Nate went above and beyond to help find us the exact spa with all of the options that we wanted.
