We purchased our Aqua Living Hot tub from the Arden retail outlet. As first time owners, we had numerous questions, and the store manager, Nate, provided clear and thorough guidance throughout the process. His extensive experience – gained from both factory and field technician roles – was evident during the purchase and installation, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. We would highly recommend Nate to anyone considering the purchase of a hot tub.

Nate is great. He was super helpful picking the right tub. Then afterwards he answered all my questions and went above and beyond. The guys who delivered the hot tub were amazing. Great service great product and you can’t beat the price.

I had been scrolling for a smaller hot tub (old 4 seater, same brand but 1 sea I not) and as expected local and regional Aqua Spa reps were timely in picking that up. My wife, however, went to Arden, NC store and today we received her order. Super Stars.

This is our first hot tub and Nate with Aqua Living has been great to work with from the start! Nate and the Aqua Living folks have been there to guide us and help with our questions as we learn. We are really enjoying our new tub!

I bought my hot tub from Nate at Aqua Living a little less than a year ago and it was a phenomenal experience! Great customer service, Nate took time to review all the hot tub options and specifications and made the decision process stress free. He has also been great at responding to any questions I had about the hot tub over the last year! He also referred me to Alexander Quinn, an awesome electrician that wired my tub efficiently! Highly recommend!
