Nathan was more than knowledgeable about all the tubs. Also very friendly and willing to work with you. The ordering process was simple and I was updated throughout until delivery day. A corner panel of the tub got cracked during delivery and Nathan went out of his way to make it right. Great product and Nathan was a pleasure to work with
Amazing store with hot tubs and customized golf carts! I needed help with replacing a hot tub pump, Nate rewired the pump for a plug and play application and also gave me a reducer coupler to convert the return intake from 2" to 1½". While talking with Nate, he mentioned that he also does house calls to help resolve or replace your hot tub needs. Great store with helpful people! Definitely will be back!
I bought my hot tub from Nate at Aqua Living a little less than a year ago and it was a phenomenal experience! Great customer service, Nate took time to review all the hot tub options and specifications and made the decision process stress free. He has also been great at responding to any questions I had about the hot tub over the last year! He also referred me to Alexander Quinn, an awesome electrician that wired my tub efficiently! Highly recommend!
We bought our tub a year ago. Nate Frazier was awesome in helping us make the right choice and ensuring a timely delivery. We had a small issue that was covered by warrantee and Nate immediately made it right. I will definitely do business with Nate again. He is professional and personable.
