Kurt is so patient and helpful. He was informative and did not pressure me. It took me some time to decide and he gave me a lot of information. I got a great hot tub, the Kennedy was just right for me. I love it. The massage jets really do relax and take the stress away, it just feels so wonderful. Will update when the weather gets colder and I really get to heat it up!
Kurt was super helpful and found the perfect part to get back into enjoying our tub. The factory has a larger selection of tub and swim spas. Definitely a great selection. Highly recommend.
We are very happy with the no hassle pricing and this tub has a lot of bells & whistles. The company sent great paperwork and instructions before delivery. They even sent a link on where to get replacement parts if ever needed. The delivery crew was super professional and clean and we couldn’t be happier with our Catalina Carlton Hot Tub
