Mike is an absolute dipshit. Warranty replacement tub delivered with no paperwork. Sent receipt to the delivery driver, told ME to print it out, sign it and make a copy for him! Old tub on the truck, new tub in place and I'm getting told to cough up an ADDITIONAL 500 dollars for hauling. I said no, he reads me correspondence between him and the factory where I've agreed to haul off but he could not show me where I'm involved in the conversation.
