We purchased a hot tub earlier this year. It arrived earlier than projected, was delivered to our house and put where we wanted it by friendly and helpful delivery men. We have really enjoyed the hot tub so far. It looks great, and works great.
Old school business. Not trying to squeeze every penny out of you, and treating even potential customers with care, concern and respect. Never stopping until you have exactly what You were looking for. Then continuing the same customer care even after the purchase. Unlike others experiences we have all had When a business could care less once they have your money. Can't say or articulate enough good things to say about this company and Mike. I have been looking at swim spas for what seems like years at least I thought that's what I wanted. Last week I was driving by and decided to go in and take a look. The salesperson asked if he could help and I told him I was just looking and he said just let me know if I can help. Gave me plenty of space. I’ve had a tuff spa for 1 year and it’s already leaking 100 gallons of water a week! First off when I purchased the tub they said 3-4 weeks for delivery. After a month I contacted them and they said 12 plus weeks and showed me the contract where they wrote in 12 weeks. On my yellow copy of the contract the delivery time was left blank!
