Beautiful spa and a wonderful experience with purchase. Tim did an excellent job installing, teaching us how to work all the bells and whistles and explaining maintenance. This is my second hot tub, when it was time to replace, I did a lot of shopping for both price and quality. I made several stops at Aqua Living and was greeted each time by Michael Jones with his knowledge and welcoming personality. I found this location answered all my needs, I purchased a tub in stock, so a prompt delivery was scheduled. This went off without a hitch. This is a great unit just the right size. I like the build-in cover and jet arrangement.
Michael jones delivered our spa. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We would recommend him to anyone for help or questions related to their spas. After dropping off and setting up, he explained everything in detail and answered all questions before leaving. He was in no hurry to leave. He wanted us to be comfortable with our know how first. What a great experience buying our first hot tub. We were able to get pre-qualified before going so we knew exactly what our budget was, and felt absolutely no pressure from the salesman to try and spend every penny we were qualified for.
