I purchased my hot tub 2 years and 2 months ago the sales man told me that my hot tub comes with a 5 years completely covered warranty. I went to use my tub last week and it had kicked the breaker I opened the side panel and the speakers were leaking water all over the control box so I called to get it repaired and I was told that after 2 years the warranty only covered partial parts cost that in fact the warranty does cover parts and labor but only for the first 2 years if they want to run there company that way there sales... read more
I would give negative if possible. Bought the tub because it fit what i was looking for and the speakers and lights were cool. 1. So within 5 months the speakers are rusted out and not working. Warranty covers 3 months. So I had to buy new ones and install. 2. Over the course of a couple months little ball bearings started to show in the tub. DON'T BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I bought a spa and thought I had a good deal. I didn't. The electrical and or one of the pumps went bad. I tried to get them to repair it as it's under warranty. They said I needed a 60 amp connection and my wiring was bad. I had the electrician come out twice and check the electrical. They even took the panel off the Jacuzzi and said it was Either the electrical for pump two or the whole pump was bad.
