We had a great experience with Marcus and the team at Aqua Living in Daytona Beach. We really wanted a swim spa and with Marcus’s help we got the Catalina C-610 16 foot pool series spa. We have been very happy with the product and the customer service from both the local store and the factory. I would highly recommend them.
We had a great experience purchasing our spa from Marcus at Aqua Living in Daytona. He was always available to answer any questions even after the sale and everything went exactly as he said it would. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a home spa.
We recently purchased our aqua living spa at the home show in Orlando. We purchased from David (with Marty’s help) and completed delivery in November. Delivery was great and the guys did a great job positioning the spa and assembling the cover lift. There were a couple of small issues that David and customer service responded to immediately and provided great support. I bought my Kennedy Spa about 2 years ago from the outlet working with Steve Sharp. Love the spa and the lights and music. Today I opened my spa up and I found some sticky hard stuff in the water feature ,not sure what it is. I had spoken to Fred Vega the new manager of the store . I took a picture of the sticky stuff and Fred had showed it to a technician who was in the store and he stated it might be biofoam. Fred was helpful and I'm going to call service on the spa.
