I had the best experience shopping for a new hot tub with Chris. He was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and efficient! I cannot wait to try it out! I was replacing a 10+ year old hot tub - I knew exactly what I wanted and Chris listened and delivered explaining all the options! Currently arguing with head office LPI Johnson city tenn. about the warranty. I purchased a blemished tub with a scratch on it. When it started leaking 3 months later I filed a claim and they switched the full warranty to a 30-day warranty for labor.. after much much much much haggling they agreed to fix it. Now there’s another major leak and they refuse to pay labor. Classic bait and switch from a full warranty to a limited warranty. At no time did they say the warranty was not a full warranty. We recently bought our hot tub from Aqua Living a little over a month ago and love it! We had the weather stripping off our tuff top peel off and they just shipped new stripping no questions asked! Great customer service and such a high qualify hot tub. We're using it almost every day, best purchase we've ever made.
