Scott and aqua factory outlets were great in helping me decide on which spa to get. The process was fast and easy. The delivery was also efficient. I would recommend them. Low pressure sales approach which I appreciated as it was a large purchase for me.
We recently bought our hot tub from Aqua Living a little over a month ago and love it! We had the weather stripping off our tuff top peel off and they just shipped new stripping no questions asked! Great customer service and such a high qualify hot tub. We're using it almost every day, best purchase we've ever made.

Son you just have to call to order, not purely online sale. Very nice customer service and once delivered way to setup. I got the HBSL and it’s truly a one person tub. I love it. So far I haven’t had to drain and clean yet and it’s been running smooth for over a month. Easy to maintain and heats up quick.
This company has a lot to learn about Customer Focused Service. Nevertheless I thank them for a decent product. It took too long from me putting down a deposit to get the Spa. The delivery company was not willing to teach me how to work it. Customer Care me and did nothing with my complaint.
