I stopped in recently to get some insight for a family friend and had the pleasure of chatting with Matt. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and really easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and gave me a ton of helpful info. I left with a really great impression. Matt clearly knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help people find the right fit. I’ll definitely be sending other friends and family his way if they’re ever in the market for a hot tub!
The most magical, relaxing, content hot tub experience I’ve had in my lifetime. Matt Hogue was so helpful in choosing which hot tub. Would highly recommend these hot tubs to anyone!
My spouse and I visited this location and after about 35-40 minutes we decided to purchase a spa after speaking with the owner. Can't tell you anything about the quality as we do not have it yet. Based on what we saw in person the empty sample tub was impressive for the price. Hopefully what we get matches what we saw and what we were promised at pre-sale and their post sale service matches their pre-sale eagerness to please. I look forward to a follow-up rating.
Matt is super kind and very knowledgable. It’s a shame I’m not in the market for a hot tub more often but will refer anyone who is to him !
What a great experience! I bought a spa about 6 months ago and the hot tub runs great! I had only 1 issue. There was a small scratch on the cabinet. Well the service team there at the factory sent me the piece I needed right out. I popped it right in and have been using the spa almost every night. Thank You Aubrey!
