What a great experience! I bought a spa about 6 months ago and the hot tub runs great! I had only 1 issue. There was a small scratch on the cabinet. Well the service team there at the factory sent me the piece I needed right out. I popped it right in and have been using the spa almost every night. Thank You Aubrey!
Called because I had a secondhand hot tub with no serial number and I was hoping to find out the model. I wasn’t even sure if it came from this store. I spoke to John and he immediately suggested a FaceTime so he could check out the tub and let me know exactly what I had and where I could order a new cover. He fired over the specs and links for me straightaway. Super nice guy who went above and beyond and saved me a bunch of time trying to figure things out on my own.
I shopped around for the right swim spa, after weeks of searching, I came across Aqua Living Factory online. Their showroom is off the beaten path, but their service was great. It took a good 8 weeks to get my special designed swim spa. It’s beautiful and exactly what I wanted and ordered. Thank you John, you were great!! Keep up the great work. It was a great experience and I love it!!!
Jon hur helped me. And even though he did not have the item I wanted I was surprised when he found me 1 at another supplier. What amazing service by this young man to go the extra mile. They will be my new backyard provider. Great job jon. And thanks for the help.
Jon and Caity are the best, very professional and courteous. We needed our spa delivered on short notice, while we had a crew working on the deck, and could frame it around the spa. They delivered the spa the next day! Excellent service not seen very much these days.
