Deb is amazing! She helped me pick out the hot tub by listening to what I was looking for. We spoke about the options with what I wanted, and the differences between what I was looking for and hot tubs that cost less money. She really invests her time to make sure you are making an educated decision. She also has an electrician as part of the delivery crew so that was extremely beneficial! I had a great experience working with Deb and her husband. I love my Aqua Living Hot Tub, even though I’ve had it for less than a month. I thought I would use it once a day, but I find myself using it twice a day – early in the morning to wake up, and then just before going to bed. So very relaxing. I did quite a bit of research, and I found that the Aqua Living product was the best value-priced product out there.
Warning do your research and read reviews before purchasing from this company. I purchased the Catalina Berkshire luxury hot tub and bought the 5 year Labor and parts warranty. December 24th I used the electrician they gave me and he came and installed it and it worked amazing for 3 weeks… I reached out January 14th and have received absolutely horrible customer service. I am greatly pleased with Deb and Chad, along with their supervisor Steve who is in Iowa. I had specified requests that their company does not offer. I was more or less told it was impossible. Meanwhile, Chad, Deb and Steve were questioning everyone as high as regional managers and factory foreman. Within 3 days, my request was made possible for a reasonable $99 upgrade.
