I did a LOT of comparison shopping for a hot tub which can be overwhelming, on line vs local retailers, certain tubs on sale but not quite the right configuration, or finding a perfectly configured tub and discovering the manufacturer’s rebate only applies to certain circumstances. Jesse was awesome. He was not pushy and listened to what we were wanting and what price range we wanted to be at. He showed us a great tub and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. He has also been very helpful answering any questions we have and also helped us get a lift cover for our tub later.
Happy with my Hudson Bay spa but support after has been pretty lame. My spa arrived damaged and I was told I would be receiving replacement panels and they never arrived. Plus, when trying to figure out what replacement filter is needed, I was pushed to their own site to purchase the filter at exorbitant price and said it was the only way to ensure I was getting the correct filter.
Marshall was an incredible salesperson, very personable with tons of experience. Not a typical pushy salesman. The product was incredible priced, half compared to any other place with the same features. We bought the doctor wellness. Other than the patience 6-7wk for it to be custom made, built and delivered. We've had some controller issues but Marshall gave us the correct leads. Everything is in warranty and the support was important.
