Kimberly was helpful from start to finish with our hot tub. But more than that she has been a great resource for us since installation with advice on water balancing and quickly answering any questions I have.
The new manager here is great. She will return your calls and got me a fantastic price on a new hot tub. Basic store, no retail. This is a factory outlet only but they do sell tubs at wholesale directly to the public. Comparatively, you will save thousands on a new hot tub. DO NOT OVERPAY for a new or used hot tub. Stay away from that weekend circus. No appointment necessary
I am very unhappy with the service Kimberly sales rep and her husband the delivery driver provided. What Kimberly quoted for payments was completely different than what I have to pay. Upon delivery, I found out that I would be getting a 10ft cord at some point because what was provided was a 6ft European cord ( I called corporate and they let me know when I would be receiving the cord). A used extension cord was provided in the meantime to attach to the 6ft cord. They said this would be okay to use but it is not. I even call... read more
Marshall was an incredible salesperson, very personable with tons of experience. Not a typical pushy salesman. The product was incredible priced, half compared to any other place with the same features. We bought the doctor wellness. Other than the patience 6-7wk for it to be custom made, built and delivered. We've had some controller issues but Marshall gave us the correct leads. Everything is in warranty and the support was important.
