I had a Jacuzzi brand hot tub for 25 years, then I met Shannon who opened my eyes to the high end brand Catalina. Totally love this hot tub and Shannon was right there through the whole process. From installation to the electrical hookup, from explaining about the warranty all the way to delivery. She is incredible and totally professional. If you want a complete pro and one who will stand by your side through the whole process call Shannon don't go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

Really great experience purchasing a Catalina Kennedy spa from Shannon at AquaLiving in Greensboro! She helped narrow down features, created best offer, and kept me informed at a proper pace. The Delivery team was great as well as two of them put the spa in backyard at desired location with ease. Walked me through start up and began filling for me. Was enjoying the spa which all features worked as expected that evening. Held temp overnight with no concerns. Thank you!!
