I had a Jacuzzi brand hot tub for 25 years, then I met Shannon who opened my eyes to the high end brand Catalina. Totally love this hot tub and Shannon was right there through the whole process. From installation to the electrical hookup, from explaining about the warranty all the way to delivery. She is incredible and totally professional.
