My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our Hudson Bay model. It is due to Jason’s expertise and elite customer service that we only visited Aqua Living and purchased upon our first visit. The salesman was very helpful selling us the tub the end of November and said we might get our tub by Christmas. We called him shortly after Christmas and he basically wanted nothing to do with us and referrred us to a different department. Turned out the tub was set to be built towards the end of January, so no way it would have gotten to us by Christmas like he suggested.
