My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our Hudson Bay model. It is due to Jason’s expertise and elite customer service that we only visited Aqua Living and purchased upon our first visit. Bought my spa 7 years ago from Jason and had wonderful experience with him. Spa is running great, walked in today to get some filters for my spa and Jason was still there. He’s been there for eighteen years and is a veteran! Wonderful seeing him! Go see him and let him show you a spa!
If you are in the market for a new hot tub/spa, I highly recommend speaking with Jason at Aqua living factory outlet. He has made the process exceptionally easy and answered all of our crazy questions. We really appreciate his expertise and humor during this process. He gave us his honest opinions from the get-go, and never once felt like we were being pressured into anything.
Excellent service at the time of sale and 2 years later. I'll add that when I call the number provided for Aqua Living Factory Outlets, which appears to be the corporate office number, I do not reliably receive return calls. However, in person at the location on Pryor Drive, the service is superb. I'd definitely recommend above any other source for hot tubs in the Chattanooga area, and I checked them all out before deciding to purchase from Aqua Living.
