My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our Hudson Bay model. It is due to Jason’s expertise and elite customer service that we only visited Aqua Living and purchased upon our first visit. We are pending delivery, however confident in the extended service experience. We highly recommend you visit as you will not be disappointed!

The salesman was very helpful selling us the tub the end of November and said we might get our tub by Christmas. We called him shortly after Christmas and he basically wanted nothing to do with us and referrred us to a different department. Turned out the tub was set to be built towards the end of January, so no way it would have gotten to us by Christmas like he suggested. Jason was extremely knowledgable and helpful! Made the process super easy and smooth! Made helpful suggestions and recommendations based on our requests, not just what he wanted to “sell us on.” Highly recommend!
If you’re looking for a hot tub I highly recommend coming over here. Great prices, and Jason took excellent care of me. I’ve been searching for awhile and this is where I ended up buying.
