Working with Tom was wonderful.... I filled out a form showing my interest in the G2... He called me right away, and I explained to him, that I was limited in space to get to the backyard, and also I had a gas pipe that took away space I needed for clearence ... He asked for pictures, and videos using tape measurements to confirm the space. I purchased the Cold Series cs-1 and everything with this company has been seamless. They have checked in multiple times to make sure everything is running smoothly. I love my cold plunge, it is worth the investment for your health and fairly priced for all you get!
Tom at Aqua living is the best, extremely helpful during the whole process, guided me the whole way from initial purchase to post sale follow ups, very happy with the hot tub. If your in the market for a hot tub make this your first and last stop!
The contractor crew came and had to take apart my gazebo to get the hot tub in, and they did AMAZING, I'm gonna have them do some more work for me, these guys came in and knocked it out of the park!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!
