Working with Tom was wonderful.... I filled out a form showing my interest in the G2... He called me right away, and I explained to him, that I was limited in space to get to the backyard, and also I had a gas pipe that took away space I needed for clearence ... He asked for pictures, and videos using tape measurements to confirm the space. I purchased a Catalina Hampton Spa tub from this company 1 year ago. We tried to have it opened this season and the nightmares began! The valve shot off the hot tub and water was shooting from the side and underneath. We called the LPI support and they sent us the part and allegedly a technician. Well…..not a technician! They then told us that this at the time not even 1 yr old hot tub was not covered for labor! That’s right….. a $10,000.00 finances hot tub was not covered for labor and only covered for 30DAYS!!!!
