My Experience at Aqua Living Factory Outlets My search for a new hot tub led me to Aqua Living Factory Outlets in West Jordan, and I'm so glad it did. The sales person was great. It is the tub that is the problem. I bought a Dr Wellness. Very cut triangle shape, I have had nothing but trouble with the appearance of it. The display is gone. Then sent me a new STICKER to put on it. Now I noticed in one of the seats there are bubbles. Now I find the acrylic is starting to peal. And the top surface looks like HELL. Thes tub is only 2 years old. And they say I have no warranty. Dot buy one.....
Matt was fantastic to work with. He is patient, knowledgeable and thorough. He helped guide me through the buying process , ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted out of my spa. His support after the delivery has been awesome as well. As for the spa irself; I couldn't be happier. It has all of the features I wanted plus some and was a great value compared to other products that I looked at. If you are considering purchasing a hot tub, I would highly recommend Matt and Aqua Living. 10/10 experience for me.
I bought two hot tubs here and it has been one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. They were both for rentals. One have has costs me thousands of dollars in attempted repairs and lost revenue from dissatisfied guests. I wish I had never purchased it! It has only made things worse. The manufacturer has taken no accountability and when working with Matt, the owner/sales rep of this location, we've received no help. **************This place should be high on your list when shopping for exceptional comfort that we all yearn for. The reasoning is that they custom fit exactly what it is you want and since they are the manufacturer and the fulfillment all in one. So that means you get exactly what you want and none of what you don't. The next big reason is service which you know is very important to me.
