Matt was fantastic to work with. He is patient, knowledgeable and thorough. He helped guide me through the buying process , ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted out of my spa. His support after the delivery has been awesome as well. As for the spa irself; I couldn't be happier. It has all of the features I wanted plus some and was a great value compared to other products that I looked at. If you are considering purchasing a hot tub, I would highly recommend Matt and Aqua Living. 10/10 experience for me.
Unless you are a pro with swim spas they literally drop it off and leave you in the dark. They don’t answer the phone when you need help. They are awesome in the buying process but once the payment is made say goodbye. We’ve had our spa and still haven’t been able to use it since it isn’t working properly. Willing to change my review if I can find a solution.

Love our hot tub that we bought from Mat! We shopped all around and decided this was the best deal for all the features we wanted. We have had the spa for over a month and I am in it almost every day. Mat was great to work with and he has been very responsive to my questions since buying. Love it!
Great experience buying our first spa. Matt was very knowledgeable and easy going. This place is the best deal and the spa is been awesome, we love it. Plus, its made made in the USA. We highly recommend buying from Matt @ Aqua Spas in West Jordan.
