Great experience searching for a replacement hot tub! We came her first and after going to other places, we came back confident that we were buying here. All of the bells and whistles without the added cost of other places. Happy to do business with them!
David was amazingly energetic informative and no pressure to buy. I think he must have been a high jump athlete at some point because he literally jumped into the tub to show us features on the swim spa. I love that he doesn’t work on commission which reduces the feeling of him being a used car salesman. He answered all our questions thoroughly and pragmatically. Great experience! David was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was friendly and inviting throughout the experience and worked to find the best solution for us as the customer rather than just trying to sell the most expensive spa. It’s evident David is passionate about what he does. This coupled with the quality of the products is the reason why we will be purchasing a spa from this location. Beautiful store, great service, no reason to shop anywhere else!
