OMG, I read all of the 5 star reviews. Every one either starts with the word David, or has it in the first sentence. Almost no mention of the product. These reviews are all the same formula, totally suspicious. If you check reviews of the actual products on other sites, they refer to some serious product issues.
I would love to give an amazing review and say that my experience was amazing like everyone else but it wasn’t. My initial encounter with David was great! Then Danny came to my house to give me an estimate. I know it was not going to be easy, because of the logistics and being in new construction, but Danny assured me he would run some numbers and get back to me the following day. Been thinking about getting a hot tub recently stopped in spoke with David he was super friendly, knowledgeable and I didn't ever feel like I was being pressured into the sale.I highly recommend going to Aqua Living Factory Outlets if you're in the market for a hot tub!

Great experience! David was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was friendly and inviting throughout the experience and worked to find the best solution for us as the customer rather than just trying to sell the most expensive spa. It’s evident David is passionate about what he does. This coupled with the quality of the products is the reason why we will be purchasing a spa from this location. Beautiful store, great service, no reason to shop anywhere else!
