Easy process buying our hot tub from Dave in Tucson. It arrived today. The delivery and set up guy Danny is Top Notch. Put in place, wired, filled and explained everything. He was gone in less than 2 hours. Truly a professional.
OMG, I read all of the 5 star reviews. Every one either starts with the word David, or has it in the first sentence. Almost no mention of the product. These reviews are all the same formula, totally suspicious. If you check reviews of the actual products on other sites, they refer to some serious product issues.
Been thinking about getting a hot tub recently stopped in spoke with David he was super friendly, knowledgeable and I didn't ever feel like I was being pressured into the sale.I highly recommend going to Aqua Living Factory Outlets if you're in the market for a hot tub!
I would love to give an amazing review and say that my experience was amazing like everyone else but it wasn’t. My initial encounter with David was great! Then Danny came to my house to give me an estimate. I know it was not going to be easy, because of the logistics and being in new construction, but Danny assured me he would run some numbers and get back to me the following day. Couldn't be happier with our spa! David was great from the start and Danny did an amazing job during installation! I highly recommend stopping by and talking with David if you have any questions and you won't beat their prices
