OMG, I read all of the 5 star reviews. Every one either starts with the word David, or has it in the first sentence. Almost no mention of the product. These reviews are all the same formula, totally suspicious. If you check reviews of the actual products on other sites, they refer to some serious product issues.
I would love to give an amazing review and say that my experience was amazing like everyone else but it wasn’t. My initial encounter with David was great! Then Danny came to my house to give me an estimate. I know it was not going to be easy, because of the logistics and being in new construction, but Danny assured me he would run some numbers and get back to me the following day. Been thinking about getting a hot tub recently stopped in spoke with David he was super friendly, knowledgeable and I didn't ever feel like I was being pressured into the sale.I highly recommend going to Aqua Living Factory Outlets if you're in the market for a hot tub!
Couldn't be happier with our spa! David was great from the start and Danny did an amazing job during installation! I highly recommend stopping by and talking with David if you have any questions and you won't beat their prices
David was amazingly energetic informative and no pressure to buy. I think he must have been a high jump athlete at some point because he literally jumped into the tub to show us features on the swim spa. I love that he doesn’t work on commission which reduces the feeling of him being a used car salesman. He answered all our questions thoroughly and pragmatically.
