Our sales person John was very knowledgeable on the hot tubs that we were looking for. He was able to answer any questions that I had just to make sure he knew what he was talking about lol. We went in with a price and walked out with the price that we wanted there was no haggling to get anything better or bigger for more money as he understood that funds can be tight and it’s something we wanted and that was the price set in mind that we had . If you want a professional person that is pleasant and will work with you and help you get everything you need. You need to go see John Petty at the Columbia store. He is very professional and also delivers the hot tubs or swim spas. He will work with you to get what you want! He is also a fabulous sales person. Please go see him.!
