I stopped in looking for parts for my old hot springs spa and ran into Blake. What an absolute pleasure to have met him. He took the time to show me their products and explain the different features on more modern spas that make ownership more efficient and enjoyable. We will definitely be back to see him!
Spent $11,000 for a hot tub. I then had to coordinate the electrical and delivery. Another $2500. The people that delivered it dropped it and damaged the hot tub. Then delivery people were in equipped. Not only did I have to help unload it they expected me to repair the panel that they damaged! The app has never connected so I can’t control from my phone. This is my second hot tub purchase from Aqua Living Factory Outlets. My first purchase was in Daytona Beach, Florida and it was a great experience so naturally I looked for another outlet close to me. I found them in Huntsville, Alabama. Just wanted to share the outstanding service we enjoyed in making our first spa purchase. The crew at Aqua Living in Huntsville were so helpful in leading me and my wife into the hot tub world, to make sure that we could maximize our enjoyment and pleasure of owning and utilizing the spa. Delivery was spot on, and the availability of the spa we selected/ordered/built was earlier than anticipated. Just what we needed to add to our lakeside oasis at Smith Lake!
Stopped in looking for a replacement spa and met with Blake. He is very knowledgeable and not high pressure. Will be coming back when I get some work done and ready to purchase.
