Spent $11,000 for a hot tub. I then had to coordinate the electrical and delivery. Another $2500. The people that delivered it dropped it and damaged the hot tub. Then delivery people were in equipped. Not only did I have to help unload it they expected me to repair the panel that they damaged! The app has never connected so I can’t control from my phone. This is my second hot tub purchase from Aqua Living Factory Outlets. My first purchase was in Daytona Beach, Florida and it was a great experience so naturally I looked for another outlet close to me. I found them in Huntsville, Alabama. The process when it came to buying my hot tub was simple and easy. Starting from using Aqua Living’s website was easy to use, and same with the online credit application. The underwriter, Melissa May came back with an offer very quickly. She then got me connected with my Sales Associate, Blake Watts at the Auqua Living Huntsville location. Just wanted to share the outstanding service we enjoyed in making our first spa purchase. The crew at Aqua Living in Huntsville were so helpful in leading me and my wife into the hot tub world, to make sure that we could maximize our enjoyment and pleasure of owning and utilizing the spa. Delivery was spot on, and the availability of the spa we selected/ordered/built was earlier than anticipated. Just what we needed to add to our lakeside oasis at Smith Lake!
