This is my second hot tub purchase from Aqua Living Factory Outlets. My first purchase was in Daytona Beach, Florida and it was a great experience so naturally I looked for another outlet close to me. I found them in Huntsville, Alabama. Everything from the storeroom experience and the knowledge that our salesperson, Nathan had, helped us make the best purchase option that will give us years of enjoyment. Just wanted to share the outstanding service we enjoyed in making our first spa purchase. The crew at Aqua Living in Huntsville were so helpful in leading me and my wife into the hot tub world, to make sure that we could maximize our enjoyment and pleasure of owning and utilizing the spa. Delivery was spot on, and the availability of the spa we selected/ordered/built was earlier than anticipated. Just what we needed to add to our lakeside oasis at Smith Lake!
I don’t leave reviews, but because Nathan has been so great to deal with, I’m giving them 5 stars and a big thanks to Nathan for promptly answering all my questions. This is our first hot tub and Nathan has taken the time to respond to every one of my questions and concerns. Even went out and made a video to show me.
We dealt with Nathan, awesome customer service, couldn’t have asked for better. Kept in contact, answered all questions, real helpful. Would definitely buy from him again. And a shout out to Preston who can out when the swim spa was delivered. Very, very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!
