Nice showroom with a big variety of tubs to check out. Sean was very personable and great to work with. Easy and smooth transaction. Sean delivered our accessories and made sure everything was good. I would recommend Aqua Living company and Sean. We will definitely be back here when it is time for an upgrade. One of the golf carts are on the Christmas list too!
Best place to buy a new hot tub, hands down! We are so thrilled to have received our hot tub from Aqua Living. The sales process was great and no pressure at all. Ervin was very nice and professional. The showroom is very nice. The hot tub arrived earlier than that estimated and it's a great sauna. Great warranty and service, too. This is where I'll be sending all of my friends and customers for a hot tub from now on. We got a really amazing hot tub for $7,000 - half the price of a hot tub anywhere else.
Working with Sean was a great experience. We had gone to other places and saw the same style of hot tubs, we paid less than 50% from other dealers. His customer service was the best we have ever seen. He went above and beyond, after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. He even helped deliver the hot tub. We are over 100% satisfied with his service and are thrilled to share this experience with all our friends. I highly recommend working with him and the price was lower than our expectations.
I purchased my hot tub from this place and I highly recommend them. They are very straight forward and informative. Everything from getting it custom built, to final delivery was fantastic. They also have great pricing and much better financing options than what I’ve found at other places. I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a hot tub! The pictures are of my hot tub getting delivered. They took great care in getting everything all set up for me.
We had our spa delivered in October. Works amazing! Sean really helped us out and his communication is exceptional. Always kept us in the loop and answers questions immediately. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!
