I had been hot tub shopping for about a year, but just couldn’t decide. Steve sent me emails with updated pricing and spa option without the pressure of of salesman. A positive experience from my first shopping session to delivery of my new hot tub. Got our PP 42 a couple days ago (delivery and setup were quick and easy) and used it for first time tonight. Highly recommend giving Steve a call if you are considering purchasing a new hot tub!
We contacted Steve and you had his undivided attention while the “Sale” portion of the hot tub was happening. Unfortunately we had an issue with our hot tub just a few months after purchase. We made multiple phone calls to Steve who kept saying he needed to call us back. He never did. I made one last call to him and he went on and on about he is the only guy on the sales floor. So we’ve had our Hudson Bay HB 34 for over a year and a half now and are loving it. We’ve had small things like the plastic covering for the buttons needing replaced, which was less than $20 and very easy to do. Steve is a wonderful sales representative and very knowledgeable Asking him questions for our replacement ozone sanitation system. On the LPI customer service side is absolutely horrendous after calling two times with no knowledge of replacement parts that I need or being helpful.
