A positive experience from my first shopping session to delivery of my new hot tub. Got our PP 42 a couple days ago (delivery and setup were quick and easy) and used it for first time tonight. Highly recommend giving Steve a call if you are considering purchasing a new hot tub!
We contacted Steve and you had his undivided attention while the “Sale” portion of the hot tub was happening. Unfortunately we had an issue with our hot tub just a few months after purchase. We made multiple phone calls to Steve who kept saying he needed to call us back. He never did. I made one last call to him and he went on and on about he is the only guy on the sales floor. The Jacksonville, FL Aqua Living store buying & delivery experience was excellent. The Sales Manager, Steve, helped me figure out which unit was the best option for my needs, and helped me saved $300 (taxes) as this spa will help me with back issues. TY Steve!
Steve Sharp at Aqua Living Factory store in Jacksonville was amazing. My husband and I are seniors and were nervous at becoming first time hot tub owners. Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and providing us with a lot of helpful information. Thanks Steve!
Steve was fantastic, very informative and patient. The spa delivery crew was outstanding, very professional and knowledgeable. Steve has also been extremely helpful with answering our questions. I will be referring my friends and family to purchase a spa from this location.
