I had been hot tub shopping for about a year, but just couldn’t decide. Steve sent me emails with updated pricing and spa option without the pressure of of salesman. He helped talk us through what our actual needs for the hot tub were and honestly, didn’t try to oversell us at all which was much appreciated! He was thorough and listened to what we needed. Steve spent a lot of time helping us decide what the best Swim spa would be for our situation. He gave us lots of good tips and it definitely paid off and saved us some money.! We settled on the Catalina Freestyle and are looking forward to enjoying it for a long time!

A positive experience from my first shopping session to delivery of my new hot tub. Got our PP 42 a couple days ago (delivery and setup were quick and easy) and used it for first time tonight. Highly recommend giving Steve a call if you are considering purchasing a new hot tub!
We contacted Steve and you had his undivided attention while the “Sale” portion of the hot tub was happening. Unfortunately we had an issue with our hot tub just a few months after purchase. We made multiple phone calls to Steve who kept saying he needed to call us back. He never did. I made one last call to him and he went on and on about he is the only guy on the sales floor.
