My family and I are very happy with our hot tub and customer buying experience! We received great service and advice on not only how to pick out a hot tub but also how to set it up and maintain it. Customer service after the sale was just as great before the sale! Anyone that is looking for a hot tub will not go wrong with buying one of these hot tubs! I had a fantastic experience working with Steve. He is incredibly patient and takes the time to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of each product, making sure I understood my options without any pressure to buy. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process.
