A positive experience from my first shopping session to delivery of my new hot tub. Got our PP 42 a couple days ago (delivery and setup were quick and easy) and used it for first time tonight. Highly recommend giving Steve a call if you are considering purchasing a new hot tub!

We contacted Steve and you had his undivided attention while the “Sale” portion of the hot tub was happening. Unfortunately we had an issue with our hot tub just a few months after purchase. We made multiple phone calls to Steve who kept saying he needed to call us back. He never did. I made one last call to him and he went on and on about he is the only guy on the sales floor. Steve is a professional who always make time to help you understand what you are getting. He doesn’t stop once the sale is final. I have contacted him many times for advice and information on my hot tub and he always gets back to me and that kind of service is worth this type of rating I wish I could give higher because most people complete the sale and then crickets when you need help or have a question. The Jacksonville, FL Aqua Living store buying & delivery experience was excellent. The Sales Manager, Steve, helped me figure out which unit was the best option for my needs, and helped me saved $300 (taxes) as this spa will help me with back issues. TY Steve!
