The Jacksonville, FL Aqua Living store buying & delivery experience was excellent. The Sales Manager, Steve, helped me figure out which unit was the best option for my needs, and helped me saved $300 (taxes) as this spa will help me with back issues. TY Steve!

I had a fantastic experience working with Steve. He is incredibly patient and takes the time to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of each product, making sure I understood my options without any pressure to buy. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process. I have chronic back pain, and Steve went above and beyond by recommending that I consult my physician for a prescription, which allowed me to qualify for a sales tax exemption when purchasing the hot tub for medical use. My family and I are very happy with our hot tub and customer buying experience! We received great service and advice on not only how to pick out a hot tub but also how to set it up and maintain it. Customer service after the sale was just as great before the sale! Anyone that is looking for a hot tub will not go wrong with buying one of these hot tubs! Again, my family and I are very satisfied and couldn't be happier with our choice of business or hot tub selection.
