The Jacksonville, FL Aqua Living store buying & delivery experience was excellent. The Sales Manager, Steve, helped me figure out which unit was the best option for my needs, and helped me saved $300 (taxes) as this spa will help me with back issues. TY Steve!
Steve is absolutely fantastic and so helpful. I did not even buy a spa from his store and he coached me through what chemicals to purchase for my spa and how to maintain it. I wish I would’ve bought my swim spa from him because he is an individual who looks out for your best interest.
Steve was great to work with. Very helpful before and after the sale. Everything was low pressure and he explained the whole experience from sale to delivery. They also had a wonderful delivery crew. 5 star experience
Steve provided exceptional customer service and answered all my questions thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and helped us decide on the right spa for us. Definitely the best spa to buy, and company to buy from!!!
Steve is great, low pressure sales and he let us decide which swim spa was best for us. We picked a 12 footer and he put us in a great unit. We ordered it and will have more later when it’s delivered.
