Steve is a professional who always make time to help you understand what you are getting. He doesn’t stop once the sale is final. I have contacted him many times for advice and information on my hot tub and he always gets back to me and that kind of service is worth this type of rating I wish I could give higher because most people complete the sale and then crickets when you need help or have a question. Steve is absolutely fantastic and so helpful. I did not even buy a spa from his store and he coached me through what chemicals to purchase for my spa and how to maintain it. I wish I would’ve bought my swim spa from him because he is an individual who looks out for your best interest.
