A positive experience from my first shopping session to delivery of my new hot tub. Got our PP 42 a couple days ago (delivery and setup were quick and easy) and used it for first time tonight. Highly recommend giving Steve a call if you are considering purchasing a new hot tub!
We contacted Steve and you had his undivided attention while the “Sale” portion of the hot tub was happening. Unfortunately we had an issue with our hot tub just a few months after purchase. We made multiple phone calls to Steve who kept saying he needed to call us back. He never did. I made one last call to him and he went on and on about he is the only guy on the sales floor. I had called Aqua Living in Jacksonville Florida on Baymeadows i spoke with Steve more than a few times he was always nice and answered my questions he helped me pick out the Hudson bay 18 . I thought he would have a attitude because I bothered him so much but he didn't he was always friendly and has knowledge of hot tubs .he did not pressure me into buying anything ..I Truly recommend every one t shop here...
