My husband Zac and I bought a hot tub from Scott Bayliff. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our crazy work schedules. He worked with us solely over the phone and through email. It was easy to get exactly what we wanted within our budget. We had our hot tub delivered by their 3rd party delivery service and it was the smoothest delivery we have ever had. * * Updated Review - We received the hot tub and have been using it for over a month. It is fantastic! It arrived earlier than the last ETA we had received, so we were pleased to get it sooner than expected. Incredibly well built, very sturdy and easy to use. We have had no issues with it and have used this numerous times. The lights look awesome at night. The family loves it. I would highly suggest purchasing from this company. Very impressed w/ my new hot tub. Rich helped me decide which tub was best for my families needs. I ordered it in August, he said it would take 8 to 10 weeks due to COVID delays. It actually showed up early. I got it the first week of October. Todd was amazing at getting it set up for me, he delivered it right to my back porch and took the time to show me how everything worked. Highly recommended!!! My kids love their new hot tub!!!
