* * Updated Review - We received the hot tub and have been using it for over a month. It is fantastic! It arrived earlier than the last ETA we had received, so we were pleased to get it sooner than expected. Incredibly well built, very sturdy and easy to use. Purchased the Dr Wellness G7 (~$9k tub) around a year ago. Control Panel already went out. Warranty is terrible to work with and the turnaround is unacceptable (7-14 business days for part delivery). Likely longer since they've been unresponsive for a couple days now. Labor is already expired on the warranty. The parts are also proprietary so the only way to replace is to go through them. I would not purchase a hot tub from this company again if I could go back and redo my decision. Sales guy was nice at least.
Manager was super nice helped with unload and had amazing tubs and super easy to unload and over night parking truck stop across the road they sell golf carts and hit tubs and swim spas

Very impressed w/ my new hot tub. Rich helped me decide which tub was best for my families needs. I ordered it in August, he said it would take 8 to 10 weeks due to COVID delays. It actually showed up early. I got it the first week of October. Todd was amazing at getting it set up for me, he delivered it right to my back porch and took the time to show me how everything worked. Highly recommended!!! My kids love their new hot tub!!!
