Aqua living was great to work with. Everything was straight forward, from pricing to pick up. Our hot tub arrived within the time frame we were given and communication was great. We love our new hot tub! Thanks Matt for all your help!
We have loved our Aqua Living spa. Matt and his staff made the entire process easy and communications were great. Had 1 warranty issue with a broken head rest after delivery and the manufacturer was quick to remedy the problem. Highly recommend Aqua Living, Winterville NC.
Matt was great helping out with questions. The delivery crew was top notch and professional. My electrician had a question and Matt cleared it up. Got in it first day at 67 degrees and loved it. Bluetooth speakers pair easily with your phone and sound great. I got the Dr. Wellness Tranquility Series Spa.
I bought a Catalina hot tub from Matt in May 2020. The service, product and delivery was top notch. After researching hot tubs for days trying to find the best product and price I realized I could buy locally and factory direct. We saved thousands on this tub compared to other manufacturers and the hot tub is great. In August I had a problem with one of the pumps not working properly, this was covered under warranty and Matt had it fixed very quickly.
Buyer Please Beware. This hot tub purchase has been nothing but a headache. I had a very expensive outdoor pavilion built to house this hot tub. The tub is beautiful and the local sales staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, from week one the tub has been leaking water. A warranty claim was filed almost two months ago.
