My wife and I purchased a aqua living hot tub/spa during the Black Friday sale.At the Greenville NC store, Matt the sales manager walked us through the process. The spa we decided on was not in stock and had to be manufactured. The process was, place the order, manufacture, and ship to the store, and then a final delivery. took a few weeks to manufacture the spa. But they keep us in the loop the whole time. I was hesitant to use an online supplier. However, Aqua Living and their staff was absolutely fantastic and kept me updated the entire time. I just got the hot tub hooked up and I’m excited to use it
Some companies may not provide a service after the sales because once the item is yours, it is also your issue. I cannot say that about aqua living as they helped us before we purchased it to make the right decision, they actually delivered it on the time schedule that they promised, and they’ve never failed to return a call or help the customer out. If anybody is looking to purchase a hot tub, I know it can be a daunting task, but I highly recommend aqua living and the store in Winterville is phenomenal and math is amazing.... read more
