Matt was super helpful and honest about the time it takes to order a tub. Tub came in in the exact day that he said. Delivery was a breeze as well.
Matt was a true pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable on the products he sells and was instrumental in helping me pick out the C6 unit that is the hot/cold tub. I would highly recommend him for your spa needs.
I have owned my 3 person G2 hot tub spa for 18 months and luv it! I'm in my hot tub 3-4 times a week year round and have had zero issues with it. Luv the bluetooth connectivity! The only reason it's not 5 stars is a few design issues that I would like to see. It's like a new house...there are always a few things you wish you had done differently. Overall, a great hot tub, sized smaller at 200 gallons, perfect for 2 people.
Matt was very helpful and answered all our questions. Matt helped to narrow down which hot tub would be best for what we were looking for. Delivery was quick and smooth.
Purchased a SPA from Aqua Living recently. After owning a spa for many years, we relocated and went without having a spa for several years. The experience we had with Aqua Living was great. They gave us a delivery date that wasn't an extremely long. (just a few weeks). We had some unique delivery challenges due to the desired location which we able to address. Spa is up and running and being enjoyed daily!!
