Samantha is THE BEST!! She is knowledgeable and kind, 100% focused on us, and never pushy. She communicated consistently throughout the whole process as our tub was being manufactured and delivered and patiently answered all of our questions every step of the way. My doctor's note (I have terrible back issues) saved us some money, and that's thanks to her in-depth understanding of hot tubs, sales, and humanity. We LOVE our hot tub and use it every day. Bought a single person hot tub which was perfect for our space. It was so nice the father-in-law in Florida bought one too! The 80 gallons is quick to drain and fill. The pump is strong and there are plenty of jets to provide a relaxing massage. Samantha made sure everything was taken care of, shipping was fast, every discount was applied and obtained a delivery service that was fantastic. This spa is used often twice daily Highly recommended.
Memorial Day...of course...the motor in my hand me down hot tub went out !!...caught their sale...2 weeks later...I will be enjoying my brand new Dr Wellness 5 person hot tub tonight !!! Thanks to Samantha...GOAT to work with !!!...if you need or want ...a new hot tub...go see Samantha...they have all price ranges...something for everyone !!
I initially gave a 5-star review after a very pleasant sales process but I am updating due to concerns. We were very clear about wanting a hot tub quickly and were told that at most it takes 3-4 weeks with most getting theirs much quickly. The sales rep will tell you a story of how a lady got hers in 2 days. We are at week 4 and I am growing concerned that this is a scam. I keep asking about the status and not hearing back.
