Hi, I'm Jim and I'm the owner of Aqua Paradise. As a young child, I grew up in the small town of Northwood, NH. Growing up, my family always had an above-ground pool. My two brothers and I would spend most of our summer vacation days in the pool. Many of the memories that I have of my youth relate back to that pool. Visited several hot/spa stores and research many manufacturers of hot tubs, never knew there was so many to choose. Owner Jim is outstanding and answered all my questions and concerns. Delivery and setup was perfect. Easy access to the store right off rt. 90.
We just had our new swim spa delivered today that we purchased at Aqua Paradise. What a great company. When considering our purchase I dealt with Jim who was phenomenal!! He gave me the information I needed and NEVER pressured me in anyway. He helped me pick the right model that fit our needs. Matt his co worker came today and along with Rob who operated the crane safely and had it set properly on our patio. I highly recommend Aqua Paradise if you are considering a hot tub or swim spa!!!
When it came time to replace our old hot tub, we searched all of the local Myrtle Beach stores. We went to multiple stores, multiple times. To be honest, my husband is the King when it comes to exhaustive researching before buying. We must have gone back to see Jim and Matt at least 6 times to ask questions and sit in tubs in the showroom. So it's been a couple months now since we purchased our first swim spa and we absolutely love everything about it. We have used it in the hot weather and cold and it is just wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Jim the owner, he listened to us and what we wanted, his knowledge and expertise about the product was outstanding. He made the experience one of a kind every step of the way. Thank you Jim!!
Customer service is absolutely outstanding! I called as a Covana owner in need of help with a technical issue and Jim returned my call quickly, going above and beyond to offer assistance. His knowledge and willingness to help now and in the future was tremendously appreciated. Highly recommend for your Covana and spa needs!
