The Dash stands up to its old model the Rover. One of the reason I purchased it. They clean the 12x24x52 Intex pool very well. The filter bags are interchangeable and although the Rover's bags are better at capturing algae it does a great job.

This is this is my 3rd unit. I use it for an in ground pool that is 17 x 34 and 5-1/2 ft deep. It does a great job and i will probably continue to replace it every 3-4 years as needed. I tried a battery operated one and it lasted 3 months. In a years times i had three replacement units. Then i went back to the one true cleaner that I can depend . You cannot got wrong with this unit

This Aqua Dash Jet robotic pool cleaner does not live up to expectations. I bought this item to replace my Aqua Rover. The Rover was a great buy, and worked well for 3 years. However, although this Dash Jet product looks exactly like the Rover, and outwardly appears to function the same, it has issues and is not as powerful as the Rover. Most of the time the Dash Jet control box functions for a few minutes and then shuts down the robot and flashes the 2 lights.

Blinking lights could mean the cleaner is out of the water, but it also could mean the debris bag is stuck on something. Your debris bags need room to expand so that they can collect all of the dirt and debris at the bottom of your pool. Check to make sure the bags aren't caught under the cover. I love the easy use of it. The easy cleaning of the filters. Makes pool up keep so much easier.

Works very efficiently, picks up debris extermily well First one I bought back around 2010 + it stopped working this year( we believe malfunction was in the electric box.
